Description
Carbon Black Dispersion Test apparatus:
- Microscope: With the magnifying lens which is capable to magnify the view of about 200 ± 10 times.
- Hot Plate: It is capable to heat PE compound with 170°C to 210°C
- Microscope glass offers slides for slides preparations.
Significance and Principle: The dispersion of the carbon black in material under the test is performed that could determine the uniform background which is free from the white streaks and size of agglomerates.
APPLICATION
This method is generally used to identify the average dispersion carbon black in the materials such Films, Cables, Sheets and Plastic Pipes.
